What happens if I can't come to all the classes or the dates don't suit me?

Phone us.  Southern REAP has a waiting list system and you will be advised as soon as another class is planned.

What happens if I haven't paid for a class but still want to go?

You will need to contact our office, to confirm your enrolment and arrange payment.

Our practice is to finalise payment and confirm class numbers seven days prior to a class starting.  If there are places remaining you may still be able to enrol.  If the class is full you may wish to be put on our waiting list.

PROGRAMMES

What is G.A.T.E?

G.A.T.E. stands for Gifted And Talented Education.

In this programme, Schools are clustered, and a management team formed with a representative from each school. This model is based on the highly successful Tairawhiti REAP model, which has been operating in the Gisborne area for the past 9 years.  Southern REAP will coordinate and develop programmes that offer high quality, differentiated learning opportunities for students that are identified within an academic or arts area, through either standardised testing or another method, as agreed upon by the management team.  Each programme is developed around the needs of students and using the highest quality resources that we are able to access, we maximise their individual giftedness and talents through specific learning opportunities.
